Pure Gym is Britain’s largest gym chain by membership, being the first brand to gain 1,000,000 members. Today they have over 270 gyms nationwide in convenient locations, providing more people than ever with access to affordable fitness. Plan to further expand their network haven’t slowed down, with further sites planned in the UK and abroad.

Since 2012, we have worked with their marketing team to deliver a wide range of marketing services through a dedicated account team. These services include managing central campaigns from head office; procuring marketing collateral (POS, operational print, promotional items & campaign management); delivering an online ordering marketing portal; handling storage and fulfilment; and providing insight and innovation.

Using the online marketing portal, 250 users are placing on average 2,400 orders per year across 212 product lines. Of these 212 product lines 36% are web to print lines. From this portal, gyms can view the full catalogue of collateral including print and promotional merchandise and order regular or template driven personalised printed materials. It has become the ‘one-stop-shop’ where everyone knows they can find and order all the marketing material, brand assets and related information they need, and get it delivered fast.
