Screwfix are the UK’s largest multi-channel retailer of trade tools, accessories and hardware products. Owned by Kingfisher plc, Screwfix has a network of over 750 stores across the UK, with a further stores planned to open in the next two years.

We have been working with Screwfix since 2005 when they only had 5 stores. During this period of growth, we have worked in partnership to deliver outstanding POS right first time every time. By offering a single source solution, we have consolidated the number of vendors Screwfix relied upon for their printed POS, marketing and operational stationery. This has provided better control of spending, with consolidated invoices helping to significantly reduce the hidden ‘back office’ costs and improve employee productivity.

Today our dedicated Screwfix team, consisting of nine people, work with their marketing team to deliver over 45 campaigns to the whole Screwfix estate. This includes 12 monthly campaigns that are supplemented throughout the year by regular seasonal promotional and ad-hoc reactive campaigns.

In addition to managing the production and distribution of these campaigns we are also responsible for managing and fulfilling all orders for additional POS, accessories and other merchandise via an on-line ordering portal. Currently we process on average 2,500 orders per month across head office and the store estate.
